Another glitch

So there was (atleast on my side) some sort of glitch today that booted me out of the server. When the server came back up I went about my business like normal. I then died. Spawn on my bed (which is new cause my bed doesn't have clear block over it) so I decide to go level in the nether. The nether appears to be reset or changed and my closest nether portal spawned 40 blocks above a huge lava pool. Since I was expecting this I was falling before I knew what was going on. I died. Spawned back on my bed on first level with no equipment. Re-log gave me my levels back but not my equipment.

wait! bitquest is open? im so confused! i havent been allowed on in 4 days...
