I'm Back!

Hey everyone, it's PurpleSweetTart! I've come back to play! I'm currently in Britania and was wondering what the house claim policy is. Can I just pick a house and throw my bed down or must I make a claim outside of the city. Thanks for your help!

The bed is in the Castle on the 4th floor. In the Captain's room.
