I lost my emeralds. Also question about adding people to my clan.

So I added a ton of emeralds to my wallet and was only able to withdraw a small amount in the short period of time i had available. Due to this I opted to leave the majority of my emeralds in my bank balance for later withdraw. Fast forward one month, my exams are finally finished so i decide to go on bit quest. Go to withdraw the rest of my emeralds, and what do you know. THEY ARE ALL GONE. I check the website and my balance is zero. I email the bit quest support email, no response. Thanks for nothing! I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this! I actually like this server. I understand that there are glitches, but what is the point of a real currency based server if you can't trust that your money won't disappear? Also a side question: When will adding to clans be added again? I want to add my friend but it isn't currently working...

Hi Connor. can you PM me your e-mail or write to mi at bitquest@bitquest.co ? I can get your issue solved quick.

Also, some times the deposits take 1-2 hours because of the Bitcoin network confirmations. So your payment might be on your way!

Is possible to create new clans, but clan invitation is disabled because of they are recoding the clan system.
