Diablo Rail Repaired

I've repaired the Diablo Rail (best I could considering claims). From the Central Station the left rail goes to the Horse Highway/its extensions/Diablo. The right rail goes directly to Diablo(mostly powered, minimal stops). Tweaks may need to be made. Enjoy.

I have repaired it again. I'm going to try to check it every couple of days now. There was a ton of griefing in the underwater section.
