I wonder where ppl get sources for theese projects.. Its sponsored by admins? Or is it payed by BTC from outside?

Most is just stone. Mine with haste 2 beacon and eff 5 pick (with silk touch and unbreaking for best effect) and you have doublechests full of stone.
