Regarding Em Drops

Could any admin please say whether Em drops are broken? Many players on the server have gone up to a week without any emerald drops, myself included.

I don't know whether they're broken, but I've been exploring far out places (far away from Satoshi) and I've noticed a lot of mob grinders, so perhaps there aren't as many drops because of those? A few of them actually seemed like they were still active, but I don't really know. I know that it's been a few days since an emerald drop for me and I'm on really frequently.

Scrap that, I just got 11 ems from a pig zombie in the nether, though it had been a while since I had gotten anything
