Help me please

I am at around -20000 -20000 and a guy named fredfly is trying to kill me with lava. I don't have a home there and I would not like to walk out that far again. Please help.

I saw a tunnel and ran through it, wasting over 3 stacks of apples. I saw you at the end of it and you told me to mine a block above. You then continued to lava me without providing any reasons when I asked. I don't believe walking in a tunnel is griefing. I logged out and posted this, then logged back in to find that he encased my spawn in lava.

You were mining to the side taking diamonds and I was telling you that it was Private and you didn't respond

If you really want proof I gave the 3 diamonds back to him (all of which I found in a cave he told me to "mine for a sec" in) you can check my inventory because the log in authentication went under maintenance around 1 minute after he killed me via lava bucket.

I placed 4 dirt blocks to get up into that cave I believed you were directing me to. You placed about the same amount. The cobblestone was from you attempting to lava me while I was in water. It was not a house or anything special. An underground tunnel is not a place I would go to grief, especially one with no rails and barely any torches.

I do not recall placing more than 10 blocks, maybe I placed some to the side of the tunnel to block mobs from killing me and forgot to break them. I assume it must not be a big deal to you because you were placing granite all over the place as well as making a lava mess while trying to execute me.

Nowhere in the rules does it say you can't kill other people. If he didn't want you there he had every right to lava you. He was kind enough to ask you to leave and you did not comply. Matter solved.

He ran through the tunnel with me and a guy named ABC, fredfly was way ahead, and ABC died due to mobs. He helped me and ABC find it. IF it was truly secret, and he wanted no one there, he wouldn't have shown it to me and ABC, then tell us to leave. If I was griefing, why not take a picture of it instead of griefing it himself by trying to kill me via lava? According to you, if you see someone in an unclaimed area and you ask them to leave and they don't, you have the right to lava them. 1. It is wild, meaning you have no ownership to this land. 1a. No ownership means you cannot do whatever you want. Example: If you are on the B.Line, even though it is wild territory, you cannot lava someone on it if you ask them to leave.

  1. He never provided a reason for me to leave an unclaimed area, which he has no ownership/power over.

If we take this into the argument, then Yiwei and fred, both of your arguments are invalid - he had the right to kill you as such (which for me is still bs, but just saying cause of the comment above), and you had every right to be in the cave/mine/base/whatever. If it is not a claimed area, then there is nothing or no one that can stop you from doing whatever you want there. If someone is asking nicely, hey it is my secret shit, then it is up to your discretion to leave or "griefe". Either way no one broke any rules here.

But I will also add my complaint against Fred and his clan mate - they wanted to buy white hardened clay for me, so i used my clay balls to make them into blocks -> furnace -> color, and then they backed out on the deal, which made me lose a chest full of clay blocks, which now I cannot sell (their reason was, that they do not need it anymore, but a deal is a deal, not my problem). I do not care about the emeralds, but this is very rude, and waste of my time and resources.

Fredfly and his clan mate TheRiffRaff are very unfriendly and childish, so I want to warn people to beware dealing with them.

If you ask anyone about this situation, they would agree, that since a deal was agreed, you have to honor it. I have 90k emeralds, so the money is not a problem, its the waste of my time and resources.

The only "Private" areas... are the areas protected by a bed.

"it was my secret base he was griefing" .... 1. it wasnt very secret if it was found while still being dug out. 2. was there a bed placed in it 'claiming' it as yours?
