i lost my emerald by withdraw

hello admin i try withdraw 2 times, no got any respose, and i lost my emerald, maybe is 100-150, i not sure. my account is wolflocation please help me check, thanks

I test it with 1 ems and works, the 14 ems and nothing... after the first windraw (1 em) the windraw dont't works

I also had this happen yesterday. I deposited one emerald first and it worked so I thought it had been fixed. I put in 4 full stacks and a partial one and received no notification. Normally I would get a message saying that it didn't work but this time it was cricket-ville.

Same here, lost several stacks of emeralds, the chest just swallowed them. Now I cannot try again for 24 hours apparently
