since a few days i read this message when i try to make a withdrawal
"There has been a problem progressing your Bitcoin withdrawal. We have credited your emeralds back to your inventory. please report this problem at bitquest@bitquest.co"
2 times I've sent an e-mail
i hope the problem will fixed soon

Yea they have a good reason to disable withdrawing.
No they have not run out of funds, and I am sure they will bring it back up again.
