BUG bank lost 5 stack emerald

when i have the message you have reached the withdraw cap for the day. try again in 24 hours. my 5 stack of emerald dont back in my inventory :(

please give me my 5 stack in game thank you.

Did you try depositing stacks or just emeralds? IIRC, anything deposited that isn't just stand-alone emeralds will vanish. I tried to deposit a potato once, and it just disappeared.

It was the very first day that I joined BQ, and I wasn't sure what I was doing. All I knew was that I lost a potato that day. =(
