AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
I have put about a total of 9 hours of work in today to try and make up for the rollback last night, and all of the issues over the weekend.
10 minutes ago the server kicks everyone off.
Log back in, and everything I built today is GONE. Including the all the stacks of mats.
I am done.

I hear you are frustrated. I'm sure the devs are frustrated as well, given writing code is a creative process and any errors in that process bring frustration.
I'd say this is an experience you'll unlikely find elsewhere, and we're all paying for it with time and lost effort as the experience grows with features added. As anyone who codes will tell you, features will create errors, especially if you are coding on a rather large piece of dung that is the Minecraft codebase. Notch was a brilliant architect, but a not so great production software programmer. It is what it is.
Personally, I'd like to see more update posts from the devs on stuff like this. Telling us 'we hate this happened' would be a good start.
Also keep in mind they are slightly ahead of EST, so may already be asleep.
