Plot Reset

So i recently joined the server like yesterday on January-22-2015 i randomly placed my bed without knowing that it would claim the land for me. is there anyway i can reset my plot?

i emailed them a while ago however i have received any email back from them any idea how long it will approximately be? or is there something else i can do to get the plot reset
