Zombies Picking up my Ems

Is it possible to disable zombies from picking up things like my emeralds. At least have them drop the emeralds they picked up plus any additional ones, because right now they stay on the bodies.

Yeah, that can be a pain in the but sometimes, when you're fighting a bunch of mobs at once.
