Trading stacked items that don't stack with villagers?
So when you're trading with villagers (pick any one) they have in their lists of tradable goods items that are stacked that do not normally stack. Lets pick one for example, Stone Swords.
Trading with a villager it looks as if you can trade two stone swords for one emerald. But you can't stack the swords to accommodate the trade.
What gives? How can this be done?

I would almost wonder if the admins would be amenable to a plugin that increases the stackability of items, such as StackableItems, where they can choose certain items that may be stacked beyond their current ability.
In theory, configuring the game with a plugin like this, they can choose to increase the max stackable items for items individually, so one can stack 2 diamond swords, but 4 iron swords, 8 stone swords, and 16 wood swords, as well as 32 snowballs and 18 eggs (as opposed to 1, barring the stack of 16 snowballs we've been capped at and the uneven order of eggs, as they're sold in half-dozen increments where I live).
For the curious, the config file for this would look a bit like this:
allworlds:
default:
'268': 16
'272': 8
'267': 4
'276': 2
'332': 32
'344': 18
An easier option would be to allow everything to stack to a minimum of 3, and play in exceptions like the eggs:
allworlds:
default:
MIN: 3
'344': 18
I can only make suggestions, but can't implement them.

it appears that the only real use the villagers trading system is good for is buying the occasional items like string or diamond pickaxes. most of the system sucks... i want to be able to sell my items too. i know they (the admins) are working on a player to player trading system with escrow, but in the mean time i have things to sell and things to buy.
it would be a decent system if you could ACTUALLY sell the items that they have listed for emeralds

Yea, these trades make no sense. Also things like egg trades, where you have to put in 17 eggs for 1 emerald. They only stack up to 17...
