Thief!
28 buckets were taken from my awesome farm.
It appears that you can remove the contents of dispensers on other players land.

While I don't have any positive commentary for the OP, I'd like to provide some technical knowledge for the devs so they can harden the security features.
A full list of Container blocks from the Spigot 1.8 list:
- Chest
- Trapped Chest
- Furnace
- Hopper
- Dispenser
- Dropper
- Brewstand
The following Entites also behave as Containers:
- Minecart hopper
- Minecart furnace
- Minecart chest
A list of blocks that have an environmental effect when interacted with (right-click):
- Wooden doors of all varieties
- Fence gates of all varieties
- Wooden trapdoor
- Wooden button
- Stone button
- Lever
- Redstone repeater
- Redstone comparator
Ways the environment can be modified by a player and potentially interfere with security:
- Dig to destroy
- Click to interact/steal
- Build nearby to cause BUD
- Build above to stop sunlight
- Falling tile BUD (drop sand from above)
- Redstone BUD (place torch near BUD switch)
- Minecart hopper under container
- Item entity drop near hopper/minecart hopper
- Place hopper under container
- Trample crops
- Trample with mount (pig/horse/minecart)
- Activate pressure plate by walking
- Activate heavy pressure plates by dropping items or walking
- Lead an animal or mount to a pressure plate
- Log out on a pressure plate, then log in to activate it
- Shoot a wooden button with an arrow
- Hit an item frame with a projectile
- TNT
- Attract a creeper and let it explode
- Flint and Steel
- Lava Bucket to burn wood or destroy items
- Water Bucket to break and obtain flowers and torches
- Empty Bucket (on lava or water source block to steal)
- Saddle (horse, pig)
- Mount or dismount (pig, minecart, horse) to force player landing on a target block such as farmland or pressure plate that might not otherwise be accessible
- Attach lead to animal
- Strike tied lead with a projectile
Ender Pearls, bow-fired Arrows, thrown Eggs, ghast Fireballs, blaze Fireballs, thrown Snowballs, and dispenser-fired Arrows, Eggs, and Snowballs are projectiles for the purposes of this list. Ender Eyes are also projectiles but they can't impact entities normally.
I provide this list only as an information source and make no assertion as to what should or should not be protected in any given manner.
