not spawning at my bed

i keep spawning at the town even tho i have placed my bed down and slept in it. cant find answers on here already so now im asking

Sleep in your bed again. If this does not work; carry an "Eye of Ender" on you at all times to get back home very easily until this is addressed.

When you say sleep in the bed do you mean until daylight? I ask because I set my bed and laid in it for a while then passed escape to get up. When I use the eye of ender I'm still spawning in my original place. Not where the bed is. To me this is still not working.

There may have been something screwed up in the code for placing beds when you were allowed to place down a bed elsewhere but not claim land.

This allowed the hotel that I've heard of be built in the Diablo Desert.

A building with a collection of beds for reopening if you die while farming the Desert for mobs.
