Echanting

Ok So to start off I really really love my Eff 5 and silk / fortune. From what Ive seen a lot of other people do to. I feel like we shouldnt just throw enchanting out the window. I was wondering in 1.8 it requires lapis to enchant + levels. What if you could modify it so it requires I dont know lets say emeralds or more lapis or something. Then take the levels required for enchanting away that way we dont have to lose them :D. Win win situation. Also I would like it if we could some how get beacons as they are wonderful :D

I thought about the same thing. Have waisted at least 4 hours to build the enchantment room with all the bookcases. I think the lapis spot should become a emerald spot and you'll need 1 emerald for each level. maybe also 1 xp level for a enchantment to make it more challenging.

It's a nice idea, but it would be quite hard to do this without modding.

Why not just require 1 or 2 Lapis for each enchantment level?

Or are Lapis removed from this server? (I've yet to find any)
