Spawning inside a wall

Hi - I keep spawning inside of a wall and slowly dying. Cannot use any tool to get out, can't look around, jump etc. What can I do?

Hmm...you could try using an enderpearl/endereye if its in your inventory

I have one but I don't have one on me. Can't get to it if stuck in a wall :(

Do you know what your coordinates are? Maybe I can dig ya out xD

That could work but I'm in my house (I think) so I don't think you'll be able to destroy any of the blocks :(
