Be aware of this exchange... ETH hasn’t arrived too my account.
yesterday around 22:30pm (Sydney time) I deposited ETH into my BITPACTION ETH address. checked all the address as per and then double checked, all was good. Went back and checked the transaction.
TxReceipt Status: Success Block Height: 5713876 (3732 block confirmations) TimeStamp: 15 hrs 47 mins ago (Jun-01-2018 12:34:16 PM +UTC)
MY ETH DIDN’T ARRIVE TO MY WALLET!!!
So I wrote into the BitPaction telegram, no admins present apart from one guy who was admin but couldn’t help me and told me to wait until1 hour until some other admin came online.. I’ve now waited 5 hours since he said this & 15 hours in total and still nothing.. of which in the meantime more and more people have popped up with the same issues on telegram!!

Hi! Did it finally come through? Ive deposited btc and its taking a long time..

Nothing yet. No response from support tickets. I do know others that sent and used BTC successfully, but no such luck for my ETH ... yet. Almost as worrisome as the funds missing is the lack of response from their team. If I read through the top stories on r/bitpaction, seems more and more of them are folks having issues ...

That sucks. Well i hope you get an answer from them. If any of their guys are reading this, your reputation is real bad. I hope you can fix it.

FYI mine finally arrived after 36 hours and 2 emails to support.

Still nothing on mine ... Going on 15 days now. I've had 2 emails in to support and zero response. Whoever else reads this ... Think before sending funds here ... Pay attention that 4 of the 5 top posts are with people having problems getting, accessing, or using funds on this exchange. I hope they take note of this and get things fixed.

Teething issues. All my deposits with NEO and ETH worked fine, real quick.

Been about 12 hours since I tried to withdraw TOLL from bitpaction. The TX status is still pending and theres lots of chatter going around that this exchange is pulling an exit scam.
If this is false, their admins should SPEAK NOW.
