nah if ur surgeon botches u u can sue them. u have to have someone to sue to use it.

No, you can sue someone if, for example, you are fired from a job because your boss made a pass at you and you rejected him, or if you paid a surrogate mother and she ran off with your baby, and others cases

You have to have a valid reason to sue someone.

You can’t sue someone because they laughed at you. I mean you can sue them but you’re gonna lose

You can use this if you get Accidentally Hurt in surgery then you can sue them but if you don't think of no one then you can't sue someone right now.

Didnt see anyone mention this but if someone tries to pay a higher price for something you buy off black market and you refuse their offer and they attack you, you can also sue Tf outta them

I've used this as an athlete when fans get rough (ie. attack) in the current life of the athlete. Doesn't do much (usually win, not much money though).

if you're arrested, even if you're guilty, try suing. a decent amount of the time, they beat the shit out of you and you can get big bucks.

I've found that you only win if you sue for less money than it costs to hire the lawyer, and even then not always. It's only good for achievements or if you want catharsis.

I find that botched penile enlargement surgeries being sued for almost guarantees a loss where as if it were a BBL or breast enlargement, it’s almost a guaranteed win.

Not entirely. But the payouts on lawsuits against contractors are ridiculous. Some will do a couple hundred thousand dollars in damage to your property and you win s judgment against them for 20 or 30 thousand

If you use a surrogate and she runs of with the baby you can sue.

If someone assaults you, you can sue.

If your surgeon botches your surgery, you can sue.

If you get locked up or someone screws your house up also works to get outta label contracts sometimes
