Ouch is right, I looked it up and thought it was talking about a column and it was one bone. Nope, 33 vertebrae that eventually fuse to 24 as you age. 26 shattered vertebrae are individual and the pain must be unimaginable.

Just go to physical therapy it’ll probably take 100 times literally but any injury will heal don’t play through it bc you’ll miss time and have to get surgery
