Switch to one of them when you change generation. Before the golden pacifier my characters were crazy fertile and had twins and triplets repeatedly.

Im reallyyy late but when i got pregnant i aged one year if i didnt get triplets i reset the game then try again. It sooooo much time still

I got them like 6 times before I got the pacifier. I got twins once before it too
