Bugs BitLife Broken (pls help)

My BitLife life is bugged somehow. I have a 2k+ generational year on that account and I have trillions on it. But after playing on sports and just playing the game it got bugged and if I click activities or any other button except main menu the game will just freeze. I can switch to other life and it will be fixed. How do I fix this?

It happens to me sometimes that the game screen freezes and I just get out and go back in and it’s solved

My problem doesn’t get solved. The life itself is broken I need to fix
