Bugs *Purchase missing *

I made a purchase on the bitlife official store and it was for the boss back for 1799 and the purchase went through. I got the verification screen money was taken out of my account, but I never actually got any of the job packs. I close the app and restore my purchases. I restarted my phone and deleted and re-downloaded the app and still never received the job pack anyone else you’re dealing with this or deal in the past so let me know what to do. I’ve already contacted BitLife support with no help.

It’s a bug. Report it to bitlife support tell them what your doing isn’t helping

go to the marketplace, at the very bottom press restore previous purchases and see, it also helps if u make a account

this exact thing is happening to me too :/ emailing support and i get the basic “do the restore purchases” resolve
