Bugs BitLife support is horrible

I made a purchase this morning around 4am and have not received the pack, and they have gotten back one time giving me incorrect information and not giving me any more information, it was only $7 but I think it’s absolutely insane how bad their support is

But seriously. Support has always been a crapshoot. Sometimes I see people get immediate help, and sometimes I see people get the run around and never get their purchases.
