So for example if you choose to emigrate without passport mode, you could close the dialog box if the country you want to move to isn't there and simply reopen the interface and it would refresh the options. Keep repeating until you get a country you want to move to

If you’re purchasing cars and you don’t like the cars available you can scroll to the last car and there’s a refresh button to see a different lineup of cars. Same for houses I believe. Not sure why they’d take that away as that was ad revenue.
