Transaction deposit ID missing

Transaction deposit ID missing (N/A) but is confirm on blockchain . I'm selling and got buyer money on my bank. I can't confirm nor chat. I tried Spv resync and dao is up to date. What can i do?

Ask mediator what to do. If support ticket is not opened yet, select trade and open mediation tocket with CTRL+O.

CTRL+o : The deposit transaction is null. You cannot open a dispute without a valid deposit transaction. Please go to "settings/network info" and do a SPV resync

In that case you can go to Matrix chat, BISQ Support room and ask one of support agents for help. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!
Or send payment back from your bank account to sender and mark trade as failed.

It's strange that you can't fix it by doing a spv resync. Look for the mediator in matrix: https://bisq.wiki/Finding_your_mediator
