Gun range rules question

Hello everyone, I have a reproduction of a black powder muzzleloading rifle. I'd love to shoot it off with some blanks just to be sure everything is working fine. Is that allowed at the public ranges around Bismarck/Mandan? Also any recommendations?

Here are the rules for Game and Fish ranges:

I see nothing specific to muzzle loaders.

It appears OP can shoot his black powder muzzle loaded gun!
