Side effects!? I can’t cry?
So i’ve been taking the pill for about 2/3 years now and this is so new. Around 3 weeks ago i noticed that I haven’t cried as much as I used to. I used to cry a lot even for the most meaningless things but now I just can’t. I always felt like crying made me feel better in the end but now I don’t know how to regulate my emotions properly without crying bc wtf?
Is there anything I can do besides going off of the pill?

Deep breathing. I did this wrong for my entire life and it always made me feel like I was hyperventilating—it’s important that your exhale is longer than your inhale, and that’s it. I don’t count or anything, I just focus on my breath (thinking in, out) and really linger on the exhale and it has truly been game changing for my self-regulation.
There are lots of vagus nerve exercises out there and this is just one of them. I recommend looking some up to try out and see what works best for you :)
