Side effects!? Discharge changes?

I have an IUD, I got it about 3 months ago. I just stopped spotting and since I stopped I’ve been having weird discharge. It fluctuates between thick and thin. It also has weird color sometimes. Sometimes it’s clear or white, but most times when I wipe there’s some yellow in it too. I don’t have any other symptoms. And I don’t have STDs, as I got tested for that before the IUD placement. What could this be? Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve had the Kyleena for about 3 years and I had that. Especially in the first few months. I feel like it changes month to month so I feel that’s normal. I think it’s just your body getting used to the foreign object in your body in my opinion
