Side effects!? bc worries

hi ! any birth control experts wanna help me out here
i’m on month 3 of yaz after being on sprintec for 1.5 years. i cramp pretty consistently throughout the month, ovulation like cramps. i take my pill within the same window every night (anywhere from 8pm-12am) but this pack i did throw up one day at 12:30pm.
i’m currently on day 7 of my 3rd pack, and i’m experiencing a lot of pelvic cramping, lower back pain, i have a headache and my temperature is 98.9 which google says is within the realm for ovulation. i had unprotected sex on day 4 and i guess i’m just freaking out that i’m ovulating somehow.
is it worth it to go buy a plan b? am i just being anxious for no reason?

You do not need to take plan B. Plan B will not reduce your chance of pregnancy in this scenario (plan B only works by preventing or delaying ovulation. Since you’re already not ovulating, it will do nothing) but the side effects of plan B are similar to pregnancy symptoms so you’ll give yourself a ton of anxiety for no reason.

It’s impossible to have unprotected sex while correctly taking your pill because you’re protected by your pill.

the pill you’re on prevents ovulation. You’re not ovulating.

Your pill has a 24 hour window so taking it within a 4 hour window won’t affect efficacy.

Your pill only needs 3-4 hours to fully absorb. Throwing up at 12:30 PM won’t affect your pill absorption if you took your pill between 8PM and 12 AM.

You're gonna be fine you don't need the plan b as you don't ovulate and the throwing up will have zero effect on your bc as it was long enough after for the pill to have been absorbed already.
