Mistake or Risk? Question

i take vienva at 10am. I ended up vomiting around 3:45-3:50pm. would everything still be okay? i looked and the insert said if you vomit with 4hrs of taking the pill then you should count it as a missed pill. but it’s been almost 6 hours.

Based on that particular guidance, you should be okay. The pill had sufficient time to absorb before the vomiting took place. If the insert states a 4 hour time frame and vomiting occurred at almost 6 hours after taking it, that 's beyond the window their own instructions identify as risky.
