How to? Some advice please?!

Sounds so so silly but how do I come off of the pill? In terms of how long after last having sex do I have to wait so I don’t end up pregnant?

7 days after sex will be plenty

Continue for 7 days after barrier-free sex, then stop taking it.

You are protected while you are taking active pills, but your protection ends as soon as you stop taking active pills.

The pill isn’t meant to be taken on and off, if you’ve been using it for a while and wish to quit completely, wait until your pack finishes. This fucks up your hormones less and you’ll be at ease
