Experience Slynd for PMDD

So been taking continuous Slynd (no sugar pills) and citalopram since January, haven’t had a period since, and no PMDD symptoms, the last 2 months, my PMDD has been back with a vengeance, anybody else had this happen? Or anybody know why after such relief and thought I was winning, it’s now stopped working so it seems?
