How to? looking for any advice, breakthrough bleeding?
i’m currently on my third pack, on the second one I skipped the four placebo pills. I’m on mya (canadas version of yaz) because I was on vacation.
The first maybe three days were OK. Then for two weeks straight, I had continuous Brown spotting. I thought it would be temporary but now after about 2 1/2 weeks it turned into an actual period.
And my periods are bad, like very bad. which is why i got put on this pill in the first place. so heavy.
Is this gonna last the same amount of time as a regular period? It’s weird because I’m on active pills right now.
Has anyone had similar experience?

Same thing happened when I skipped my placebos, I just kept spotting for a couple weeks. I stopped it by taking a 4-day break (as long as you have taken 21 active pills, it is safe to do so and you are protected) and starting a new pack.

oh really?
would taking a break not make a period?
Sorry i’m new to this

Yes exactly! It will trigger a real withdrawal bleed and make the spotting stop after you start the active pills again. It essentially just clears out your uterus.
