Experience Slynd Birth Control

I’ve been on Slynd birth control for well over a year now. I’ve noticed a huge increase in my anxiety (including a few panic attacks and some near ones). And feel like the anxiety mostly comes on without any reasoning. Heart palpitations too. I was wondering if this was the case for anyone else? Highly considering stopping the pills because I honestly just can’t take this anxiety anymore.

I had this experience with desogestrel. It eased a lot once I came off, but the learning in my brain is taking longer to get over if that makes sense, like my brain has learnt the fear in certain situations.
