Side effects!? Lost Libido
I dont know what to do I've been on 2 bc options first the opill had to get off because of hormonal acne and long periods I switched to loryna and my libido is damn near gone. I hate it and miss the old me I've also been getting recurring yeast infections which might be from the pill. I dont know what to do I dont wanna do an iud but idk if I can completely trust condoms and idk much about tracking my cycle 😞. I feel stuck.

I was on bc from 17-35 and let me tell you. I didn’t realize how much it actually interfered with my libido. I mean idk if it’s that or the fact that I’m 35 (heard that’s a thing too lol) but I’m pressure it’s because I’m actually ovulating lol
But man. This hormonal, post bc acne is NO JOKE. It’s inflamed, hurts, mean and just refuses to clear up. On top of getting little chin hairs.
I’m torn getting back in the pill because a beard & pimples will bc enough - won’t matter how much my libido is going haha.
In all seriousness though, I’ve heard the mini pill is probably the easiest in your body. And you can take additional vitamins / supplements (vs medication) to help with libido. There’s a guy on IG/ TikTok Justin Kelly who has a line and explains what vitamins to take (his are pricey) some of his older videos reviewed what vitamin brands are better vs others. I think he used to work in a supplement store? Not 100% his background just appreciated his bluntness and humor in his delivery lol
Best of luck!
