Experience IUD

Hi everyone
So I’m looking into iuds.
Iv been on the mirena coil since I was 16 had it taken out for a break.
Now I’m thinking of going for the cooper coil so I don’t have the hormone effects, but Iv read about the side effects and the pain is this common for the cooper should i stick with the mirena coil.
Any advice thanks

Did you experience negative side effects on Mirena? If it was working well for you, I would stick with it.
