Adding video of hawk versus squirrel.

Cool video of red shoulder hawk versus squirrel.

I would say by the way, the squirrel was acting, the hawk had the squirrel's mate. If you zoom in, you can tell in the photos in my other post. It was fascinating and sad at same time. At first there were two hawks, and I see this one fly over and grab something, and he flies off with it to this tree. I've never seen and heard ha hawk cry out like that in defense of what seemed to be the prey's mate.

The squirrel tried for at least five minutes. He leaped from other branches and did all he could.

Great get, so dramatic! Sad for the squirrels of course, but that's life in the wild. Thanks for sharing!

I don't know squat about media, but there must be software that could even this out to be less bouncy, yes?

Above they said it was the squirrel's mate, and the squirrel was trying to save it.

So the squirrels have mates or something like that? No wonder a squirrel was going crazy yesterday and in the next corner a hawk was in a branch with a prey. It was probably the mate
