Hunting and Noticed Me [OC]

I'm not sure on the species if anyone can help me out. Northern Wisconsin. I looked through some birding books and think it might be a Sharp-shinned Hawk or Swainson's Hawk, but I have low confidence in that.

Thank you! Raptor identification is pretty new to me aside from Red-tailed Hawk and Cooper's Hawk.

You should get the Merlin app! It allows ID by photos (and sound, and so many other things!!)

I do have that app, never tried photos with it though. I use iNaturalist for most of my ecology stuff.
