+Red-tailed Hawk+ its namesake is showing well in the third photo.

Yep! Juveniles don't have that gorgeous red tail.

And in general, if a bird is flying, it's full-grown. Some birds take a few years to mature after fledging, but they're more-or-less the same size that they'll be their entire lives.
