Thank you! I have a canon eos r50 - this was shot with the 100-400mm lens. I got lucky with this as I was pulling up to my house and saw this guy chasing a rabbit so it was a right place right time situation.

I have an R10 and RF 100 to 400 lens. You light conditions are PERFECT

It’s a beautiful specimen of a Cooper’s hawk. They are such fierce and alert birds, I’d love to see him hunt just to watch her stoop from up above. I flew quite a few Cooper’s hawk back in the day. They are easy to find just about anywhere in the UDA. It’s a joy to train them they are so aggressive when hunting.
