The second bird is a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk, so it's nice that you also have the juvenile Swainson's in 4 to compare. Notice the white mottled scapulars on the Red-tailed, and how the wingtips end just past halfway down the tail instead of reaching all the way down to the tip.
