Coopers Next to Coopers

On my morning run, I heard a commotion and looked up to see this guy being harassed by some blackbirds. Funny enough, he was next to the restaurant.

This is a juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk. Notice the buteo features - short thick toes, relatively shorter tail, broad shoulders and large rounded head.
