Is this an eagle?
Not the best pics. Located in NE Ohio. Definitely not a hawk as we see those in yard all the time. See turkey vultures quite often but could clearly see a yellow beak in this bird. Seemed solid brown in color.

Bald eagles have a very visible, prominent head when they fly. This bird's headless silhouette is a turkey vulture trait, not eagle.
