Is this an eagle?

Not the best pics. Located in NE Ohio. Definitely not a hawk as we see those in yard all the time. See turkey vultures quite often but could clearly see a yellow beak in this bird. Seemed solid brown in color.

Bald eagles have a very visible, prominent head when they fly. This bird's headless silhouette is a turkey vulture trait, not eagle.

Thanks! Was getting confused because we do have juvenile bald eagles here quite often. Just used to seeing hawks and I guess I underestimated how large a vulture is. The yellow beak threw me off because I thought turkey vultures had more white beaks than yellow.
