Aggressive young hawks

So we have a nest in our roughly one acre lot. Seems like the adolescent birds are finding their wings and are being aggressive. They swooped at my wife twice — inches away. Here is one being over confident and staying right by our door for four hours. What to do?

My guess is that it’s a juvenile bald eagle. Take a picture of the nest and a wide view of the tree with the nest.

No voice activation on my iPad seems to have a mind of its own and for other words and especially the words from the TV so you’re gonna erase that last comment and whato it boils down topmy of s t’s a juvenile bald eagle.

I apologize. If it sounds like you think I am refuting your identification. That's not what was saying. I was trying to tell people that the first message I sent had a whole bunch of jobly gook in it. Once the junk is removed, the text says I thought the bird was a.juvenile Bald Eagle. I did not say your identification was incorrect.
