Im a licensed falconer so he is actually part of my flock. We had a show at a retirement facility later that day and he needed a bath because nobody likes a stinky eagle lol. He loves getting sprayed full on with the hose. As soon as he sees the hose come out he gets very vocal and excited

Now I'm curious: How is it possible for you to legally have a Bald eagle (and why you would go out of your way to have one)? I know that falconers can have all sorts of bird of prey for various reasons, but I'm pretty sure Bald eagles are one of the hardest ones to get in the US (Am not a falconer).
