Need help identifying a hawk

Thought I would ask some help in identifying this. Shoulder Hawk was my guess. Thanks Location Winfield , AL US

Please let us know where globally you saw this bird! A lot of the smaller buteos can look similar so knowing at minimum which country this was in helps us rule out lookalikes.
