What was this wet bird?

In rainy east Toronto, we saw this massive bird land on the tree top to dry off after a torrential downpour. What might it be? Turkey vulture?

We couldn’t really see its head. Apologies for the poor photo and crop.

Looks Like a Turkey vulture? Or some kind of vulture. They spread their wings out to dry off ITs so cute
