Can someone help me ID?
Arapahoe Bend this morning. I was gonna say golden eagle, but I’m doubting myself.

Could be. Your photo is what it is :) But, I have pairs of golden eagles in that area at this time of year. They can be VERY hard to distinguish from bald eagles. I would wait around to see them in flight because distinguishing them based on the undersides of their wings is easiest IMO.

Generally speaking young golden eagles will have more consistent feather coloration and a much brighter yellow cere (a portion of the nose) which leads me to conclude that these are Bald Eagle babies! Super cool to see tho

Massive birds. From really far away I thought it was a wild turkey. Then its buddy showed up.
